Laser Hair Removal With Cutera® CoolGlide®

CoolGlide is one of the most advanced laser hair removal systems currently available, as it effectively removes unwanted hair from patients with all skin types. Hair from nearly any part of the body can be removed through targeted pulses of laser energy that destroy hair follicles in the active growth phase. Most patients achieve their desired results within four to six treatment sessions.  Some patients require more sessions, some require less.  Since all laser procedures are performed by Dr. Torres, it is possible to use prescription strength triple numbing cream to lessen any potential discomfort.

BOTOX® Cosmetic

Botox® injections are the most commonly performed cosmetic procedure used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles through minimally invasive injections. These injections are made from botulinum toxin A, a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent approved by the FDA for several different uses. After treatment, the appearance of your wrinkles begins to improve within 24 hours, with full results developing gradually over the next seven days.

Dysport®

Prescription Dysport® injectable is a U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved treatment for temporarily lessening or eliminating moderate-to-severe frown lines between the eyebrows. Using a very fine needle, Dysport® injectable is placed directly into facial muscles that are causing furrows and lines. Receiving the injections requires no anesthetic, but some doctors choose to numb the area to be injected with ice packs or a topical anesthetic cream. Results can usually be seen within a few days of treatment, and typically last up to four months.

Restylane®

Restylane® gel is designed to smooth wrinkles, sculpt lips and shape facial contours. It is a clear, synthetic gel made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is found throughout your body. It carries little risk of allergic reaction. The most common areas for treatment are the nasolabial folds (from the base of the nose to the corners of your mouth). With its unique ability to bind with water, Restylane remains in your skin for many months.

Perlane®

Perlane® is an injectable filler used to soften wrinkles and reduce the appearance of lines and folds for patients unhappy with the effects of aging on their skin. Perlane can be used for lines around the lips, mouth and nose, and is especially effective for the nasolabial folds, which stretch from the base of the nose to the corners of the mouth. Perlane is made of hyaluronic acid, as is Restylane®, but contains larger gel particles that can more effectively fill deep depressions on the skin.

Obagi NuDerm Skin Care Products

Obagi Nu-Derm is a skin treatment program used alone or in conjunction with other procedures to develop and maintain healthy skin. Designed for easy use at home, in six weeks - the time it takes for the outer layer of your skin to be replaced with the fresh one beneath - the Nu-Derm System transforms damaged, dry or wrinkled areas into smooth, soft and well-moisturized skin. Nu-Derm also strengthens your skin against day-to-day damage, reduces the appearance of blemishes and other discoloration, improves circulation, and rebuilds collagen for a fuller, younger look.

Radiofrequency Mole And Skin Tag Removal

Many moles and skin tags are completely benign, and do not pose a health threat. Oftentimes, though, people want moles and skin tags removed because they find them unattractive. New advances in radiofrequency technology now allow for the safe and effective non-surgical removal of moles and skin tags.

The Ellman Dual Radiofrequency (RF) device is used to painlessly remove a mole or skin tag, with no bleeding and very little risk of damage to nearby skin. SilkPeel Dermalinfusion Microdermabrasion

SilkPeel Dermalinfusion peels and improves dark areas, acne and sun damage, giving the skin a smoother, healthier appearance.This method involves the application of various enhancing serums to the shallow and deep layers of the skin almost concurrently with mechanical exfoliation, giving the skin the most complete care with the least discomfort.
